Yeah. He’s here. Not often.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

I played with some of those at Nashville and it's the real Rutland dymondwood. Neal's a great guy.

He's on our staff, and yes he does have charcoal from Rutland. . Literally playing calls with them at the booth creating a callous I can tell you they are very good no pro staff b.s. The blue plays as well as charcoal imo. Rainbow is also very good. My girlfriend can run a call and she's rainbow...

I'm weird I go from liking straight vs flare to opposite all the time. My favorite out of all on the table was a blue straight. I think sal got a few charcoal from him as well. Honestly I've owned a few ebony over the years and didn't care for them, Neal handed me an ebony and I was impressed.

I own charcoal laminate from a few makers and it's tough to beat, runs on everything... The dye has to have something to do with it. If you want his number message me

Ordered a Dymondwood and a Ipe striker from Hooks the other day, both sound great on my D.H. Crystal Mistress and Double Glass. May order a Purpleheart and Yellowheart from them also. Super nice people to deal with, the guy I talked to when I ordered was very helpful and I was on the phone with him for nearly a hour BS'ing about turkey hunting.
