Trying to keep the rust off
Trying to keep the rust off
Decided to play a little today to try and keep the rust off. Just something special about a trumpet! About 5.5 months to go!

I got hooked on trumpet calls last year. They are addictive! Who made that one?

Sweet. In a way I wish I had never picked up a Trumpet or Wingbone. My Wife really wishes I hadn't.

Trying to keep the rust off
Our conversation sure helped me get rid of the withdrawals, just enough to knock them off. Trying to get the motivation to start on that dang mouth call.KPcalls wrote:Donald, I've been laying low but, I'm finally getting over my post turkey season blues....

Re: Trying to keep the rust off
Great choice I love mine had a great luck with it last year. It will probably be the call I start with but I got a couple others I want to use this year. I have had that Lignum Viate in the second youtube clip for a few years now and never really hunted it so I have a goal to kill with it this year. Also, I picked up a #2 mouthpiece for my Buice in Unicoi so I also want to get it to use as well. We shall see what happens!appalachianassassin wrote:I have a natural addiction blackwood/horn ordered. supposed to get it soon. im excited, no doubt.

Re: Trying to keep the rust off
mine actually came yesterday and all I can say is wicked. very easy call to run. this call makes the best gobbles ive ever heard on a trumpet. everything else is spectacular as well. to mr. del crow for making such a fine call.
