Smoker

Post by OLE RASPY »

After debating on a smoker from rural king or Lowe’s I bought pitboss from Lowe’s.
It takes the pellets. One at rural king took the chips.
I smoked 1 whole chicken 3 chicken breast and a roll of bologna so far. Oh man it was good.

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

I use a MES 40 inch with the chips. Did a 10 lb pork butt for pulled pork a couple days ago. 11hours in the smoker and 2 hours to rest. Yum.

I run a Grilla grill "Silverback" pellet smoker. WhoBilly, don't do it ! You name it, it can be smoked. It's just so much better than a gas grill !

I’m lovin this smoker. Don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner. I have a wood burning one but you have to babysit it. You don’t this one just check it every so often and make sure water in pan. And pellets in it.
