After the weather stopped me from grilling the last 3 evenings, I decided to do a pork loin today.
I bought 2 large loins Tuesday, cut them in half & froze 3 of the pieces saving 1 for today.
Last night I injected a pork loin with The Bone Doctor’s Original BBQ Sauce, wrapped the loin in
plastic wrap & put it in the fridge to marinate overnight. The sauce is sweet & tangy. I hope I
didn’t inject too much.
This morning, I coated the whole loin with The Bone Doctor’s Premium Spice Blend Dry Rub. This
time, I used more than the 1st time when I went a little light. I used hickory in the smoke box.
The rest of the meal is white button mushrooms, homegrown asparagus, & a white potato, all
grilled.
Just got finished with supper & the loin was super juicy with a good sweet & tangy taste from the
sauce. It & the rub may become my go to when I BBQ pork.
