Sausage and Corn and Veggies….OH MY!!!!

It’s been awhile since I shish kabobbed veggies so I used what I had in the fridge.
I brushed them with EVOO & dusted them with salt.

The asparagus marinated in salt, butter, & lemon juice for several hours before
steaming on the grill & then grilling for 3 minutes. My Sis gave me the locally
grown sweet corn she got at

The sausages are 2 Sweet & 2 Mild Italian.

Everything turned out really good!

Tomorrow will be a full slab of Birthday Baby Back Ribs with Sweet Baby Ray’s Sauce
& some North Atlantic Sea Scallops!! As Grandpa Jones used to say: YUM!! YUM!!!!”
