I followed one of the numerous "no knead" recipes for bread on Youtube, but modified it by adding a cup and half of shaved Parmesan, Asiago and Romano cheeses to the mix. Yes, it is as good as it looks. Gil

I smoked three turkey breast halves a few days ago after smoking a few racks of ribs. The turkey was fantastic. I'm still finishing one off.

Last night dang washout day meal
Never liked goulash growing up til sal made with three cheese tortellini months ago Rain today she decided to make it. It's awesome. Try it with tortellini.

Of course she forgot the bread!! She always does lol Seriously try the tortellini

The bisquits are basic cat heads. White Lily flour, crisco lard, and buttermilk.

I got to go back to the old family cookbook for the casserole. Butter, cheese, bread crumbs, salt, onions, squash, zucchini, sour cream.

Homemade apple pie, homemade crust. Also left over crust made a small blackberry pie in a #5 lodge.
