Pork chop dinner

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

Went to L&J today that's our favorite store, awesome meat. picked up some thick pork chops hit with blackening seasoning on grill to 140. Cheesy green beans and boxed rice. Dang juicy and tasty.

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Hmm I have a rack like that for ribs. Pork chops and pork steaks are two of my favorites.

IMO pork steak is highly underrated and. Cheap. I bought some pork steak too. My bil is laotion dude can flat out cook. He has a pork steak recipe that is amazing, requires a 5 day marinate. I'll post up recipe today or tomorrow as I'm craving them.

We made them for Sal's family mother's day I think we had 40, there was everyone eyeing last one, her bil ate 6.

I brown pork steak, cut it into large bite size chunks, then crockpot with sauerkraut, small red potatoes, butter and onion! Let her cook all day and enjoy with some Italian or French bread.

Yet Killin me now ma always did something with. Country style ribs very similar. With my dad being .00001 polish we ate kraut alot. This is gonna make zero sense it's gross but I love it lol

That sweet kraut other day a friend made was nice change of pace and I like it normally pretty sour. He explained process I was like huh. Sal loved it and she hates kraut

Guy did kraut is legit grew up working in a Polish butcher shop. He brought me some awesome kielbasa, not sure if I want it with kraut or Alfredo

I plan on having a pierogi making day this winter be awesome in kraut ones cubes hmm

I’ve had it with ribs lots when growing up. My Mom made it that way all the time! Same basic recipe..

I can eat kraut every day. Any way, shape or form. I love plain old boiled cabbage. I put some apple vinegar on it and salt and lots of pepper. Yellow mustard is also good on boiled cabbage, believe it or not!

Tom.. I’m guessing that our farts have the same aromatic tendencies!! :LMAO: :LMAO: :LMAO:

Like a chemical spill. Sal goes in a gas station I try push one out. She gets back, you fart, nah, yes you did, open your door airing out vehicle

We've been throwback meals she does hers I do mine. Ma always did, fried cabbage in lots of butter, thin noodles with sour cream on top

Sal thinks it's stupid but I grew up on it. Know what I'm making tonight
