Simple deer camp meal

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

Simple Deer camp cook, guys are from down state. I've known forever actually found their property for them.

One of the guys give us a run for our money cooking. Dude can flat cook. Makes best sauerkraut I've ever had. It's different it's sweet and I grew up on kraut. He worked in a Polish market. A few weeks ago he made the best kielbasa. Told us it was from polish town in Grand rapids. Well he brought up "beer 30 brats" from a Polish market, sal and I said we do the sides. We have some awesome brat makers these blew them away, cheddar, bacon, onion jalepeno. He boiled brats in beer and grilled. We did Sal's carmelized onions and sweet peppers which is her private recipe leave the kitchen, nothing to see here. Sliced yukons in beefy onion soup mixture and and a ranch pea and ham salad

when you boil them in beer, what does that do for flavor?
