Fried Turkey Biscuits

Post by SwampDrummin »

It may be the late hour and the beverage in my hand but I believe the turkey biscuit in my hand may be the finest thing I have ever eaten.

First google “seven-up biscuits”. Make yourself a batch. While the biscuits are cooking, take some turkey out of the freezer, defrost and pound it into flat Sammich size cuts. Then soak it in apple juice, toss it in flour and Cajun seasoning, and flash fry it in peanut oil. Next step is to cut those biscuits in half and put a piece of hot turkey in each one with a dab of butter on top of the turkey. Last step is to cover them all in tin foil and drive them to my house because I am fresh out.
