The recipe is Hank Shaw's, but it was so awesomely good with turkey I had to pass it on. I cut the turkey breast up into 1/2" to 3/4" chunks. I also used about twice as much oil and deep fried the chunks in a 3 quart pot, about 10 at a time, and then switched to a large fry pan to finish it. Other than that I followed the recipe. It looked just like the pictures.
