Spring dreaming

Post by Ridgeking »

This sub zero cold has me thinking of warm spring days and my other love fishing. Thought I'd share some pics from our early spring trout camping trip which we generally take the week before we start hunting. Hope you enjoy the pics, they kinda help me get through the winter...

Great pics and make them memories while you can cause they don't stay young forever, I have always loved trout fishing.

Camping is something that is fun to do, but I don't ever seem to do it???? Glad you had a great time and looked like the fishing was good. Oh by the way, that pan of bacon would have been ALL MINE!

Awesome pics... I've grown up fishing small streams mainly brookies. That pic of the brown and brookie is beautiful..

Thanks guys. It's a really great time. And, of course its a great way to shake the ice off after a long winter. These particular pictures are from Iowa. My wife and I both have family there.

CamoMan, You would have had to fight the kid for the bacon he's pretty hard core when it comes to the smokey fruit of the pig.
