I killed a few out to 150 to 175 yards, I believe I was shooting 90 grains of FFF Goex in it. I had a .50 cal. Season starts here Saturday and may even take that instead of the inline easy "rifle".58 cal patch/ roundball kills them.Our flintlock season season starts the day after christmas and look forward to it every year,and thats all ya can use unless it is a bow.
