Last youth hunt

Post by mrmurph »

Saturday morning was a bittersweet morning. My youngest son punched his tag for his final youth season turkey. We had a great hunt and had a dead bird at 6:49am. Youth Mossberg 500 20. gauge shooting Winchester 3" 5's. Bird was about 12 yards away when he shot.

Congratulations to you and your Son. I always like seeing pictures of successful youth hunts, especially those that include family and a Mossberg.

We have that little youth 500 20ga and a Remington 870 youth 20ga. My two youngest boys, 20 and 15, will fight over who uses the Mossberg. I have an 835 that does not see much use anymore but is still a great little gun.
