Well folks, thanks a bunch, but was not my best birthday!!!

I was surrounded all right, but with the worst pain I've ever experienced!! WW, the PT folks obviously did not get the memo!!
I guess they went easy on me the first few visits. Not today though, they hurt me bad. The guy doing my arm kept going after I told him I couldn't take anymore flex. Something popped in my elbow even with a noise, and I jerked back, and pissed him off. He said that was normal.

I said Bullchit!!! We argued a while, and was saying it was probably just the healing inside skin, that had attached itself to the elbow breaking loose.
Maybe, but my elbow was hurting so bad now, that I could not do anymore!!!
Made decent progress with my knee, but it was pretty bad!!!
Sorry I missed the phone calls from a few of ya'll, but I went straight to bed, in pain soon as I got home.
Back on pain killers again dammit!!!

Lily was gonna take me out to eat, but I told her I wasn't going nowhere!!

Now me and Lily are cleaning, and changing the water on my 150 gallon aquarium,...Lol. Ah yes, what a day!!!

So, that was pretty much my B-day!
