Huh is right. These two had been poaching for years, and shot a nice Buck out of season trespassing on neighbours land. These are total low life's who need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. You know the meat couldn't have been good hanging outside that long without being processed. They were just after the rack.

After hitting a few of them at night and doing thousands of dollars in damage, Montana is overrun with the lousy ass things, I got no use for them and for all the dead ones every morning on the edge of the hiways here I'm guessing I'm not the only one who hopes the deer get thinned down other than busting up cars and hurting people and killing people, yes killing them, several motorcycle riders get it every year here in the daylight hours no less.

aslong as poachers are eating the deer I could care less. Giant rats with horns have no use for them. Stay away from my gobblers now :)

My feeling exactly.
I used to like to go deer hunting but it went from hunting to shooting beings there are so dam many of them. No sport left here at all for deer harvesting(I will call it that because it has no hunting required), drive down a country road stop and take your pick and shoot it, whooooopeeee.

JUst to damn hot to hunt them in Florida. Just what I want to do is spend half a day in 90 plus degree heat watchin skeeters buzz around. Deer huntin in Fl is not fun at all some will say it is that is cause they have nothin better to do during the off season. Now I like eatin venison but have no desire to hunt them in Fl anymore.

Back in the 60's and early 70's jackrabbits in the winter were worth $1 each. The fur was used to make felt and the meat went to fox and mink farms. Synthetics have taken over the felt market and most fox and mink farms have long ago closed.
One old guy would spotlight (legal to do) rabbits at night and would get hundreds a year and store them frozen in a pile in his garage. They started missing a few here and a few there so he cut the left front foot off of about 50 of them and mixed them through out the pile. That was how he proved who was stealing them from him.
