7 each isn't anything remarkable, at least around here it isn't.

Is that just before 520? Looks familiar but I usually ride it at night , drinking and with my .22 magnum.

Not surprising to see a young brood that big, but for that many to survive to that age is impressive.

Considering the predators in and around my area 7 poults per hen would make me happy!!

We've had a good hatch from what I'm hearing. Game warden seen a hen with 11 poults and one with 9

The average in NC is less than 2 per hen. Never heard a report here of 7 poults that size with one hen.
