Just wanted to thank y'all for the thoughts and prayers sent our way (me and Fl.huntress).
Mom passed away this morning...
We've said goodbye every day for over a month and she is now at peace.
Fl.is hunting as I type, which is where mom would want her to be... I'm really hoping she gets a bird...

So sorry to hear of your loss. It is never easy. No matter how long it is expected.
I just went through this with my father. It is a hard row to hoe..
Knowing that the suffering is over, will bring peace to your heart and soul.
May God bless your dear Mother and you and your family.

thanks from me too....didn't get a bird....heard some way off on the private horse farm but wasn't feelin' it enough to go after them....which is so not me....it was a very sad hunt.
