Ramping Up My New Jersey Scouting. Goal Is To Take 3 Tom's There This Spring.

I am starting my Scouting earlier in New Jersey this Year. I was out Hiking 2 1/2 hours yesterday on a MT. My Goal is 3 Gobblers in NJ + 2 Gobblers in NY on the Public Lands. What, I like about in NJ is the Fact that as long as there are leftover permits from their Lottery- you can buy another Turkey Tag. I usually buy 5 Tags in NJ each Spring. I live in NY and will probably do limited Scouting there this year. My record is 4 Public Spring Toms and , I want to break that before, I get too much older as, I am 60 now. Good luck to you. When I retire I'll be chasing turkeys in more places and hopefully there are still opportunities like that available.
