Called Heather had some 2.5-3 inch chuckeyes cut. Pretty cool when you've been close friends to your butcher since kindergarten. Marinated in a charbonnet steak sauce over night reverse seared to 115 then seared to 128. One of the best steaks we have ever had. Veggie packet with ghost chili sauce, it's hot! Cold shrimp with the best cocktail sauce St.Elmos

Looks great, but I'll stick with my choice NY strips, cut at 1" each, seasoned with Bad Byrons Butt Rub, grilled on my outside gas grill, 5 mins each side …. MMMMMMM Tasty!!

Don't know bout' the House of Autrey as the wife cooks up the fish
Now I have heard about the fishy House's of Adultery, they're located in Nevada and not to be confused with The Ole' House of the Risin' Sun in New Orleans
Keep posting the good lookin' meals Tom.
