My secret to married almost half a century is on your birthday have your wife buy you something nice like a new gun or knife or hunting trip etc. and on her birthday buy her a potted flower, potted so they have something to do while you are gone, and a nice card telling her how much you like her and for being so nice to you for the last year, you will let her stay and live with you for another year. make sure she keeps busy during the day at work too and remember, It's a lazy man that can't find his wife a second job.
