Good luck, my friend!
3-4 days and you’ll start feeling better. The intermittent spasms will get your attention! I feel your pain.

That first day I took predisone for a sprained knee kept me up all night. It's like speed. The subsequent reduced regime wasn't so bad.

It’s a bitch, for sure. Usually about a week before it subsides enough to be able to stand it! Hang in there...

I think he will probably just remove the sore toe, no big deal just a local anesthesia and in 5 minutes the problem toe will be off like a soiled Trojan.

Update, went to podiatrist Wednesday.foot checked,x rays taken.bad gout but no arthritis. Sent to family doc for followup and blood draw.had to wear socks cause couldn't fit in a shoe from swelling.seen a new doc,did blood draw, three scrips called in,and a heavy duty hip shot.picked up scrips at Kroger's this morning.took first round at breakfast.totally knocked out for two hours.woke up,foot swelling coming down and pain damn near gone.also predisone was increased to fix this gout.the medical community can really fix you up ,and are appreciated by this old man.I feel like a new man.
