Dirty bass turd

Post by appalachianassassin »

Went for a listen this morning. At 7:10 I hear a rifel shot at the neighbors house. I thought to myself, oh hell no. Run back and jump in the truck, down the road I go. Drive by and see the gobbler flopping in the field. Next thing I know I'm spinning sideways in his yard. He poked his head out the door and received the ass chewing of his life. I won't get into details about the conversation but I guarantee you could drop a bowling ball in his buttocks after I finished reaming it out. I didn't turn him in this time but I bet he doesn't do it again.
Meeting the man in the morning to turn in some corn pile bandits. Season opens in 2 days. Good luck to all.

Can’t imagine not turning someone in over that.

My Grandmother is scheduled to be paroled in 2 weeks for shooting a Jake,

Told her if I ever had to turn her in again for a gobble I wouldn't show up at the parole hearing and she could darn well serve the full sentence.

I can see not turning in the shooter if a neighbor, that neighbor can make your life a living hell getting his revenge so IMO best to walk away from that guy and let it alone. The corn dumpers, unless their is a law about feeding wildlife and season not being open yet and they are not shooting over the corn I see no infraction of the law but maybe different in your area.

Has to be cleaned up 2 weeks prior to season in Tennessee. Plus the blind right beside the bait confirms their intentions.

I don't understand why you would want to shot one over bait.
