Tommy’s (Shooter) price isn’t much more. And at 18.5 I guess the bpi 18 density isn’t as good. I’ll pass on that price

There ain’t enough difference from 18-18.5 to amount to much of anything, I wouldn’t think.
then why do they make it? theres enough difference to use 18.5 its all about the performance

kinda like ribbed for her pleasure vs non ribbed :LMAO: :LMAO: :LMAO:

Very true. 18 will smash them just fine.

Maybe an 18.5 9.5 shot is like a 9 in 18?

Who cares as I am sure both are quite good!

for the price I would pay a few dollars more as Shooter designed the loads I use

why go down in density?

sure 12 density Hevishot works excellent. But I want the best I can get

I believe I’ll stick with Tommy and Hal and Ronnie. These guys have been straight up great to deal with. Nothing against BPI as I buy hulls etc from them, but how many times do we see it posted here; where can I find x, BPI is out of them? If it wouldn’t have been for Tommy, the 2090 would have never come back. I appreciate the guys who went to the trouble to provide the loads we all shoot.

I buy from Hal, but if I need some and it takes him a little time to get it then I will buy from BPI if it is available. If not, then I will wait on Hal. I do not think he would see that as a problem and would be most understanding. He is my first source, but if I need it then I need it.

That dudes reply about the density coming out at different weights is dead wrong.
.18 density is 95% tungsten, and .18.5 density is 97% tungsten.

Has anyone tested BPI density? I would be surprised if it isn't over 18g/cc as it is most likely coming from the same production line.
