Any other pictures of her, or a clearer picture? I can't tell if that's actually on her, or behind her. If it is on her I've never seen it before.

I don’t have a better picture but it is on her. It’s at my dads house and he has looked at her through binoculars.

I'm pretty sure my sister in law has the same sort of thing working, but hers is much thicker & shorter.
