SD Card Issue?
I have a 16GB SD card with 1000 pictures on it. It won't let me erase the pictures for some reason. I even tried to format the card and it won't let me do that either. Any idea what the issue may be?

The govt. has been watching you and apparently not so happy with you and they have froze it for evidence in a future upcoming court case against you, just tell them you are a democrat and plead insanity and you can get off the hook and keep your splatter gun.

I'll put a Hillary sticker on my truck. That should solidify my insanity plea.

Re: SD Card Issue?
I'm having trouble posting here so bear with me.
Need more info, Ronnie. Are you trying to delete f+r+o+m the camera or your PC?
Does the card have a little slide thingy some place that may have locked the card
prohibiting deletion?

Re: SD Card Issue?
Tried in my pc and a camera. The little slide thingy is in the correct position. It won't let me do anything other than view the pictures.

Re: SD Card Issue?
Have you tried moving the slide thingy just for schitzs & giggles? Maybe try it in the other position, then move it back & try again.
If'n that doesn't work, maybe take it to BPS or a camera shop.

Re: SD Card Issue?
I had some problems years ago, I was using a Nikon camera to view. It reformatted everything, ended up just taking laptop to field when antsy.
I have two card readers make that three a stealth cam, a wild game which is essentially a tablet and bone view for my phone which I'm to stupid to setup.
Between the camera your PC and camera it's prolly all jacked up.
Far from an expert, find two that sync and only use them

Re: SD Card Issue?
Been using this card for years. Now all of a sudden it decides to act up. I put it in my Nikon camera just to see, and it says card can't be used. It was in a Primos camera, the one where posted the opinion thread. I may take it back to my property and put it back in that camera and see what happens.
And I did the Schitzs and giggles thing. Nothing.

Just never get the ones that shoot to your phone. I have two buddies with em get text, look what's in front of my stand and I'm in another.

Re: SD Card Issue?
If it won’t erase you are obviously using the wrong side of the pencil.

Re: SD Card Issue?
Tried the q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Tried the other end of the pencil, still no good. Tried a paper/credit card shredder. Problem solved, no more pictures on the card.

Re: SD Card Issue?
SD cards don’t last forever. I’ve had to replace a couple myself after several years of use.
