Kudos To Cuddeback

Post by redarrow »

2 of my Cuddeback IR Plus camera acted up on me a couple weeks ago. I called customer service and literally 2 minutes later the young lady I spoke too had the one up and running.Battery holder wasn't making proper contact. Removed batt.pack lifted up the contact prongs a bit and I was good to go. The 2nd cam had a malfunctioning switch. Send it in on the 23rd and got it back today. NO CHARGE. Gotta love it when a company stands by their product.

Glad you had good success with yours. I had two Cuddebacks fail within 3 weeks of each other that were both barely out of warranty and it was just too bad. One got moisture through the (supposedly) sealed battery door. The other got submerged in hurricane Florence. I don't expect them to cover that one. But to go from two working cameras to zero in less than a month is a bad average.

Freaking Bushnell jerked my chain on replacing 2 defective range finders. They sent me a letter with a rebate special that I can spend another 160 and buy new ones. Ha! Nikon or Leupold or Vortex from now on for rangefinders.

Glad to hear cuddeback has excellent customer service
