Sitting on the patio tonight with my wife, having a cocktail and a cigar. The trees are turning fast. 84 today. 56 tomorrow. Next year, if summer is on a Saturday, I’m gonna go swimming!! :salute:

15 inches of snow in Browning, Mt. last night and 5 inches in Plentywood, Mt. last night, we got less than an inch here. Seems it snowed all along the Montana Canadian border, high today was 34, getting into the 20's at night and not much warmer in the future, So enjoy the banana belt there champ, my wife cuts the pockets out of my pants this time of year so I can walk around and keep my hands warm and it makes me feel foolish.

we hit 89 today.. good breeze this evening. went for a deer ride and seen a 3 or 4 years old. Couldn't tell exactly how big it was. Looked 130. I figured he would be bigger, kept looking at his body then back to the rack. Hes big enough body wise, but short on horns

looking forward to spring lol

I tell what we hardly ever see 100 degrees here during the summer the last few years and seems like winter and snow hang on longer than normal and get here earlier than normal. One year ago yesterday we got 15 inches of wet snow here and the tree still had all their green leaves and there were broken branches everywhere. I like the heat, don't mind the winters so much but I do like to be warm in the summer and fall seasons. I saw where the mountains I hunt in about 40 miles south were all white today so they must have got a pretty good early hit too.

Thanks, Tom! I take pride in keeping the lawn nice. We got enough rain lately to keep it that way.
It is about a 5-6 acre field of alfalfa. Farmer neighbor plants it. I only own a small part of the field. Always has deer and sometimes turkeys, depending on time of year. That fresh cut hay is like tenderloin to those deer. They love it.
That’s the field that I whack my coyotes from, also. It work out well!!

That is a beautiful view. Turkeys & deer in it only makes it better, I'm sure. Once the trees fully turn, it must look like a painting.

Can't tell its Fall here yet. Had 90 degrees in Raleigh today and 95 in Fayetteville. Endless Summer, I guess?

unfortunately, fall is not in sight here with lows at 70 and no change in sight.
