Hognutz wrote: June 28th, 2018, 7:29 pm A soccer coach walked into the locker room before a game, looked over to his star player and said: "I'm not supposed to let you play since you failed math, but we need you in there. So, what I have to do is ask you a math question, and if you get it right, you can play." The player agreed, and the coach looked into his eyes intently and asks: "Okay, now concentrate hard and tell me the answer to this. What is two plus two?" The player thought for a moment and then he answered: "I think... no... yes... I’m not sure... what about 4?" "Did you say 4?" the smiled coach exclaimed, excited that he got it right. At that, all the other players on the team began screaming: "Come on coach, give him another chance!"

Hate soccer. My family is American football fans, and just about all the guys played at different levels up to Pro. I do think I could get into Rugby, if I figured out the rules and scoring system.

At least those players stand for their national anthems and actually appear to be proud to represent their countries unlike the spoiled ingrates that make millions in the NFL and then disrespect the country that makes it all possible. IMHO, every one of them should be sh*tcanned.

A Belgian friend of mine is feeling the power of their comeback win over Japan today. I'm happy for him.

I prefer hockey, where guys try to act like they're not hurt, as opposed to all those diving, faking, soccer wimps.

I always heard that soccer players had checkered balls...

I especially like the Brazilian player that fell down injured but then wasn't sure if it was his head or ankle he was faking the injury on. :LMAO:
