Done in Ohio

Post by Turkinator »

After yesterday's non stop Jake parade, I decided to hunt a different area this morning. At 6:50 I slung this one over my shoulder.

You're up yonder in the colder country. Spring comes a little earlier down on the Ohio river. In a week or so you'll be rolling!

It's supposed to start warming up starting Mon but still only mid 40s to mid 60s. I usually have already cut several pounds
of asparagus by now but there hasn't even been 1 spear come up yet. It's been colder than usual this spring.

Good chance those few OH counties in the North zone may have an excellent final two weeks. For quite a while some in OH were pushing for an earlier start to the season. If that had taken place the southern zones could have opened with traces of snow on the ground. Funny season in several states. Congrats Turkinator.

No doubt. I killed one in TN while getting pelted with sleet.
