Y'all got any good turkey books at the local ibrary? It's slim pickin's down this way.

Our public library's hunting section is equally as weak. Instead of borrowing, I'll buy some quality titles off the used book site; abebooks.com for well below the normal selling price. You can also sometimes find rare and first editions there, but they can be kind of spendy. That site lists the condition of each book as well. The way I see it, as long as no pages are missing or the text isn't damaged, a used book reads the same as a new one.

I used to hit the library and check out the American Indian artifact books. For information on arrow heads, axes etc

Picked up a couple of the old Who’s Who books and sold them for good money. One was even autographed
