sex organs

ok i have asked this questions for years to many people and i have never seen or had anyone tell me where his sex organ is or how a turkey breeds ( or any kind of bird).i know the getting on top but i never see anything on a plucked or skinned bird
that resembles a sex organ

Male turkey's or Toms do not actually have a penis like mammals. They have an internal organ within the cloaca. Copulation involves a 'cloacal kiss', with the male on the female's back & twisting his tail under the female's tail and a meeting of the two individual birds organs allows for a sperm sac transfer from male to female.

I bet Lovett Williams has covered it in a book before.

And the testicles are inside the body, which is called cryptorchid. Another interesting thing is that hens have a sperm nest, which allows them to fertilize an embryo, days after the act of copulation.
