So found best brats around a few days ago, in between rain showers got them made. Half is habernaro mango, other half asparagus and onion. Carmelization onions.
Spicy brown and St Elmo's horseradish sauce. St. Elmo's stuff is top notch, all of it.
Sal did Nathan's onion rings inside and whipped up a remoulade sauce. Bag onion rings, Nathan's are awesome.

So went to restaurant other night, they had a sauce that went with everything on our app platter, Sal's brisket, fries, my chicken everything it would make a shoe edible. So we spent today cloning with various base sauces and it's better. We added more heat. We glazed our ribeye tonight with it, absolutely amazing. Veggies were done in a pack. And desert was drunken gummies Seriously from bbq to pork steak, shrimp scallops to anything it's amazing

Hog, Hoo

I love breakfast for supper, one of my favorites. I don't think you truly appreciate it when your clearing cobwebs in morning.

The pepper bacon is the bomb, Seriously we buy ends and pieces it's dirt cheap. There cottage bacon is amazing as well on blts. I seriously do same thing as I do going to casino only take cash and set a budget. Prolly coolest store in n mi. Lucky to have just down road.

Hoo u may be able to find their stuff they've blown up and truck their stuff to indiana

[So last night we did a beef Chuck roast so much leftover. So today we did beef carnitas on the 22 Blackstone. Seasoned with 2 gringos chucacabra, lots of oil, sauteed onions, jalepenos, made that sauce again instead of crushed red used ground pretty hot and queso. Honestly critical of our cooking this was amazing and I am not a Mexican fan.

I was on phone sal went to town on Alfredo. Don't care if store bought or homemade. Secret of Alfredo is mushrooms an onions simmered in sauce two hrs over angel hair. Nutty woodsy taste jumps out from shrooms. Blackened chix breast on 17

I So been doing so much campfire cooking, been neglecting the stones. And with all the rain we've had tarped they look neglected. So we reasoned them, Sunday and cooked. Eggs, toast, maple bacon and hash brown patties on stone. Imo I'd rather have toast on a skillet over toaster.

Hash brown patties are amazing onit. Crisco more Crisco as I like them browned well
