Anyone Ready For Football?
Razorback defense is loaded and deep. Been a LONG time since we played defense. Cannot wait.

Re: Anyone Ready For Football?
Ohio State is going to give defenses fits this year. They have 3 QBs anyone of which most teams would give their lefticle for. One is converting to wide receiver and/or H-back, Miller. Not sure who the starter will be, Barrett or Jones. I would love to see Miller line up wide, Jones as a RB, & Barrett as the QB all on the field at the same time & I do think it will happen. Talk about a triple threat!!!!
Then you have the 4 numbskulls who violated team rules & will be suspended for the 1st game against Virginia Tech, the team that beat them last year in the opener. Three are top receivers & the 4th, Bosa the best defender on the team. I was the most disappointed in Bosa, the Big 10 Defensive Player of the Year in 2014. These guys should know better. I'm just glad the suspensions were only for 1 game.

OSU is gonna be very tough to stop.. Do not see them losing unless they come in a game totally flat.. Miller made the right decision his future is better as a HB or Slot receiver he should have a good year, surprised he did not transfer.HunterGKS wrote:Ohio State is going to give defenses fits this year. Re: Anyone Ready For Football?
Harbaugh went to UM, right? That's always a tough game. MSU & even PSU may give OSU a battle. Miller has said all along he wanted to stay here. The only thing about him is he seems to be injury prone. Every year he missed games with 1 injury or another. Being a back/receiver, he won't be involved in as many contact plays as he was at QB so maybe he can get through the whole season. I can't wait to see what Meyer does with these 3 guys. Last year they were unknown quantities until needed & they showed just how good they are. Jones is a horse & will run right over the top of defenders while Barrett can finesse his way down field.ICDEDTURKES wrote:

Well, I really don't have a choice. Being a life-long Georgia Bulldog fan I HAVE to hate him...along with Steve Spurrier.

Re: Anyone Ready For Football?
I can understand that since Meyer ate Georgia's lunch 5 times out of 6 games & Spurrier 11 out of 12 (just as head coach.) That's gotta hurt. About the same as OSU getting beaten by UM.MKW wrote:Well, I really don't have a choice. Being a life-long Georgia Bulldog fan I HAVE to hate him...along with Steve Spurrier.

Re: Anyone Ready For Football?
Well, Friday starts the high school football season, already. We start with the number 1 team in the state. We are rated 8, but lost 1/2 our team to graduation, so I think we could be a bit over rated.
