Got er done in WV

Today was youth day in WV..Nephews of mine got there first long beards...About 9 my phone blew up with pics while I was at work.

I was actually hoping to take the boy in the first pic a time or two this year but ain't going to happen with work..But he got one down today with his dad.I got to see the whole thing on video..Birds came in from the right,he swing and pulled the trigger.

Plus side is 3 long beards came in,and I get to sneak a hunt in Wednesday morning whoo hoo

Raining and cold down here in southern WV all day. BUT I took a kid (11yrs old) and his Dad out, neither one turkey hunters and we had em gobbling and going nuts. He got a good show. But when it came down to the end of the day, he had missed 2 longbeards. But we caught frogs, thrashed around on turkey calls and did a lot of general "boy" stuff too so he had a ball!
