After getting skunked in Kansas it was a blast to get back home in Pa. to be able to hunt land i know like the back of my hand.Started off not hearing a thing on roost in one spot so i said lets go to the next.Get there and do a 30 min walk and don't hear a thing,end up close to where we started and bang,theres the gobble we wanted to hear,didn't have time to get the mask on and there comes 2 full fans,i told him i would let him know when to shoot!Im behind him looking around the tree watching the longbeards slowly inch away to our left when i said to myself ,there gone so i look back around the right side of the tree to tell him the hell with it there gone and i look out in the field and he has the barrel glued on 4 jakes i said Shoot,BANG,i said why didn't ya shoot earlier and he said,you didn't tell me to lololololll

Weather,weather,weather it was horrible had a longbeard in at 70 didn't shoot.Had 18 jakes in range.Birds were not in cooperation mode i guess.

I'm headin to north central KS this coming weekend,that's why I asked...I been watching the weather...Looks like a windy place.

The good new is I've hung around a few guys from here and I'm not afraid to shoot a jake hahaha
