My son Andy caught this one in a neighborhood pond when he was 7. He was fishing all by himself. It was 8&3/4 lbs.

See that pool in the background? yep, you guessed it, little Andy was keeping him in there and been feeding that hoss for about 3 years...fed him steak & taters, corn on the cob, fattened him up real good....then clubbed him over the head and took this picture!
