Does anyone us it in a load that doesn't call for it?

I put all my wads in large Ziploc bags and mica them. May not help but sure can't hurt.

I have, but refrain from doing so on any load that doesn’t call for a seal between the powder and wad or an undershot card that would prevent mica from otherwise mixing with powder.

I develop all my loads using it. Just remember to try not to breathe it in if you can help it. Thread on here a while back about how bad it is for your lungs. I don't go so far as to wear a mask (though not a bad idea), but I also try not to inhale when I open or close the zip-loc bag I store the mica'd wads in. You can see a cloud of it particularly when you close the bag.
