Tristar 20ga cycling

Going to load some 20ga 3" TSS hand loads for a buddy who has a Tristar 20ga semi-auto.
Will these guns cycle 3" roll crimps or do you have to trim the hull?

Need a choke recommendation too. He'll be shooting 1-5/8 #9.
I'm thinking IC 555 or 562.

I like my sumtoy 562-5. I'm shooting 1 1/2 oz.

Try a Sumtoy .570. Mine shoots 280-10/260-20 with Big20XL

Do the Tristate have cycling issues like the M2?
How do they like 3" hulls?

being a mobil choke I say a 562 with the 9's sometimes they will surprise you and like a 555 better
