The ATI customer service was excellent helping me with my Cavalry o/u .410 gun stock!!!! I noticed after I had the gun a little while the wood grain was getting ruff when I rubbed my hand across it. I hunted in Tennessee this past spring in the rain, and it got worse.
I emailed ATI customer service, and told them the problem with the stock. They told me to take some pics, and email them back to them. I did, and they responded saying they would have a new stock to me in about a week. 3 days later the stock was at my front door! All they want in return was for me to send back my old stock in the box that they sent the new one in, and they paid the shipping! First pic is old stock, and second pic is new stock. The new stock actually matched the forearm better than the old stock! That’s the way customer service should be!!!
