Anyone tried this load out yet? Sure it will be ok for up close shots but why load lead shot and HW together, why not have it all HW , like the mag blends.

I have some and when time and weather allow, I'll take them to the range and shoot them. I'll let you know what I find as far as patterning goes.

FCW so no desire to try them. If you go that route I hope they work well for you.

He'll push whatever they pay for him to push. I don't find a problem in that. You give me enough money, I'll tell everyone to throw rocks at turkeys. However, if you pay attention, when ol Wilbur loads up that 20 ga....it's a Fed HW #7.

Because the load is designed to have a wider pattern in close and still have a nice 40 yd pattern. The concept is sound (it works very well with TSS and Pb), but I don't think they have enough pellet count to do either close in or longer range very well.
