Longbeards produce some super impressive patterns. Arguably better than any other lead style load. Within 40yrds with the right choke no turkey stands a chance.

I too tried the Longbeards when I was testing new sights on my 870... at least as good as my Hevi 13 sixes and maybe better for 1/2 the price. Now I know the lead won’t carry the energy at range the HTL will but if I shoot at a gobbler much over 40ish then it’s an accident. The lead LBs will handle that easily. I was impressed....
