...got the real-time chat room installed last night. There's a "Live Chat" link in the upper right area of all forum pages that you'll see if you are logged in. Only registered, logged in GN members have access.

Even if you're not interested in live chatting, please enter to help me test it out...and practice if you want . Got one room named "PUI" (posting under the influence), just in case we want to have a 12-pack chat sometime .

Also, you can see who's in the chat room in the forum's "Who's Online" box, which is near the bottom on the portal and main forum page. Would like to have feedback on problems that anybody might come across.

Everybody logs in with a clean screen. Your chat is only viewable to other members in the chat room at the same time. As soon as you leave the chat room, anything that was put there while you were there is gone.

The program does store a temporary log in the database to help it function better. That temp. log is self cleaning and automatically deletes all data once it's been there for 24 hours.
