I had my left knee replaced 4 weeks ago, have been exercising everyday, PT 3 times a week, Atkins/Paleo diet have not had any alcohol since last year. I'm down 22 pounds and wouldn't recommend this regimen to my worst enemy, but I've got my first hunt the last weekend of March and two extended trips scheduled, and I'll be ready and hopefully even lighter.

Buddy of mine living in Mew Mexico just had hip replacement.

They want 250 steps first day. He walked 2000. Said the therapy hurt less than before

Take fish oil and eat 12 ounces of steamed vegetables of your choosing and 3 strips of thick bacon once a day. Water only to drink. I always diet in feb/mar in prep for Turkey season. So far 24 lbs in 21 days. Good luck.

Really? Guys get in shape for turkey season? I'm with Camoman and Gar Commander. But then I follow bird dogs and squirrel dogs Sep-Mar. That alone makes a guy drink Wild Turkey! No time or energy left to eat.

Same thing Hannibal Lecter wore in "Silence of the Lambs", just watched it again last night. Save your money and just do some brisk exercise breathing through some PLASTIC straws, starting with 5 and work your way down to 1. If you want the full Asthmatic feel use Cocktail straws. Just remember, you asked asked us ! :slap:

Weight Watchers and increase your exercise. The first couple of weeks suck, but probably not as bad as toothless meth withdrawals would. I am down 14 pounds since January 3rd.
