I finally got around to grinding elk. She made 43 - 1.5 lb packages of burger, roughly 65 lbs of burger. That's fairly clean burger too with anything nasty removed. The three antelope are next up. IMG_20231017_200717591.jpg WHOOO-weee, 65# of tender elk burger, wit' no TSS shot in it :cheers: ;)

For the record I went with Rio Sonora outfitters for my Goulds. Brad Fulk (no problems) Went with Yukkutz outfitters for my Occelated (no problems) Only problem I’m having now is gettin my Occelated on the wall from my taxidermist. Back home now and dreading going back to work to catch up on meetings and emails.
