Re: 6.2L GMC Motor
My buddy Rich has the 6.2 LS engine in both of his Vettes. They recommend 93, but not required.
I have a 5.3 LS, and 6.0 LS engine in a couple of my cars. Same thing, and I have run both octanes. Can't really tell the difference, cept maybe using a stopwatch.

Friend of mine sent me this great pic of a Gobbler he took awhile back. I was blown away!!!
And Yea, it's a wild turkey. It's mounted, and on display at a NWTF museum.

Thanks a bunch fellas, I really appreciate it!!! Was not the best day of my life though!  Ran over a Yellow Jacket nest with the new mower yesterday eve. Got hit 7 times. I was super allergic to bees when I was young, and always had to go to the hospital. In my teens, I went through a ser...

Need a little input
Since everyone I know in the world cuts grass, I'd like ya'lls input on the a top of the line zero turn mower. We have several good mowers now, but in the market for a new larger one. I have quite a few acres to deal with. Been looking at several John Deere ZTs, and half a dozen others. The Ariens 5...

Super Nice Gesture
Just in case any of you were wondering what our new Fearless Leader, Hoobilly Brice was made of,.... I'll give you a little tidbit. He just drove from Northern IN, to Port Arthur,TX, with a big U-Haul trailer loaded with supplies, to be given to the victims from the hurricane. Slept in the truck goi...

That gun will actually shoot tighter than that @100, with handloads. Need to get the load to him. Keep forgetting.

Yes Sir!!!! I have enjoyed watching her grow up over the years! I was shocked this last spring as to how tall she has gotten. She has turned into a beautiful young lady, and with a polite and respectful disposition to go along with her looks. I am very proud to have you and her as a close personal f...

Re: 20 ga. 1-5/8 TSS vs. Same in 12 ga.
I shoot 1&5/8 from my 12 ga Beretta 586 UL (listed at 5 lb 14 oz, but mine actually weighs 6.75 with B-Square Cantilever rib mount, FF II, and sling). As others have said, the shot string will be shorter from a 12 vs a 20 with equal payload weight, but that is a non-issue with a stationary targ...

Small world we live in
Talkin with Brice earlier today. Seems we were in the same small place together, before we even knew each other or knew that we were into turkey hunting. Yep, Dale Earnhardt's last win in Talladega. We were there. He was in the front stands, and I was in the pits, and infield on top of a motorhome d...

I'll try to keep this short. Talked to Brice earlier today and figured no one would believe one word anyway! :LMAO: :LMAO: Right out of Hi school, worked on building race engines. Still do on occasion. Pop asked me a year later if I'd like to help him with typewriters, and copiers. That was 37 years...
