Well today was the first official cool/cold day we had..I went out this evening trying to find a old deer to shoot. After 15 mins I remembered why I like turkey season so much better..Wind was blowing hard,I under dressed,I kept telling my self how dumb I am for sitting in a tree for hours upon hour...

I hunted a fence line about 3 years ago,it was open day rifle season..Actually ran into this problem three days in a row. I refuse to rifle hunt for deer,just bow hunt..any who. I was sitting in the stand opening morning and hear this racket coming threw the woods,sounded like a heard of deer coming...

That is not so far from the truth around here.. Around here it would read "I told you not to build your blind 100 yards on your own property cutting off my deer"... I know of many blinds that have been torched the night before season.. Best ever, I had a friend who lag bolted the neighbor...

I have made scrapes with very little to show from it..Last year I just started making them and takin a p in them instead of buying stuff from the store..I can say it surly didn't hurt any.

That call of Sadler's is one of my favorites!..I have a hand full of pot calls and it's a top runner.

100 percent sure it was a deer scrape,right on the edge of a field under a branch.
