Most of those are white crappie. The one in the middle, on the bottom row, is a Black Crappie.
There are 3 others,... can you find them??

Decoys are a funny thing anyway. With a goofy turkeys brain, you never know what they are thinking or what they are gonna do from day to day. 40 seems to be what everyone has been tuning thier guns to, but any range sounds ok to me.

I only hunt deep woods, and the mountains, but my turkeys seem to stay in the same general area from years to years. They do move around a bit.
One thing to keep in mind, is they tend to stay close to creeks. That is usually one of thier favorite places to roost.

I'm in, maybe I can finally get some use out of that .640 choke I bought back in the spring.
