Does sumtoy do mounts for both? I've heard his Burris mount is top notch.

Also what about the vortex venom is it better than the Burris? Never used either.

Where's cheapest place to get ff sight? Also how much does he charge for drill and tap and base

So my best bet will be the ff sight. Should I send to sumtoy and let him put his base on it and drill and tap?

I'm building a 870 youth 20 gauge and would like some advise. What's y'alls opinions on sights or scopes? I know I'm gonna have to get it drilled and tapped but not sure what do do. I prefer scopes to red dots but they do add more weight. What are the better red dots y'all have used? I already have ...

No problem what did you get. I ordered a 675 from them today also gonna try to get a few more in the 20 inch. Can't wait to stone one with my own loads.

Also sometimes it wouldn't roll enough down to cover air vent hole on osc and buffer would leak out and I was rolling not than 1/4 inch down and load was super tight. I use the thicker red osc from bpi and have had great luck with them.

I've had better luck with rolls and patterns with the card board osc than plastic in the 12 gauge

I got 1 coming from Lon trice (lonzos) that will be here next week. First aluminum and it's a stoned aluminum. We'll see how it sounds. Heard good things about Dawkins. Never been to unicoi.but hope to next year so I can empty my bank account and get divorced.

Long beards and heavyshot #7 did better in my 12 than heavyweight 7s. After I loaded and shot 8.5s and 8s tss I'll never shoot anything else as long as I can get it. Just try it and you'll be the same way.

The load size may come into play also. With the 2.5 oz load im shooting the ic665 pattern was a little blown and uneven. A smaller load would probably do better with 665 or 660.

I have a 870 supermag sps with 20 inch barrel and the Indian creek 665 did great but it's tight and the 20 inch was sparse. I got a Indian creek 670 and it does 410 in the 10 inch and 235 in the 20 with 2.5 oz. 8.5s. It was a nice and even 20 inch so that's what I'm shooting. A 675 would probably be...

I've read on different forums that the mediums will work so I'm hoping so. I know the lows won't. It wouldn't have a rear sight. If someone needs a brand new set of low dnz one peice game reapers that are black for a tikka I have one for sale discounted.
