I wouldn't put myself out looking for a Thermacell for turkey hunting, but don't leave the truck without coating yourself in 40% DEET regardless.
It'll melt your glasses, take the camo off your gun and ruin your truck's paint job. If you're not having such problems you'e not using enough.

28ga, SXS, 1oz 7.5Pb? Anyone care to guess how close the barrels might hit? Think it'd flop one at 35 yards?

There's risk with any vaccine. Plenty of data of people being harmed by vaccines that were soundly developed. This one isn't necessary. So don't take the risk.

FF3 will flare horribly on high. Turn it down to almost invisible and it'll be round. I get by with them but I do have to manually adjust sometimes. Buying higher quality doesn't cover it. Even Trijicon is a problem. The shaped reticles like the triangle delta in a Leupold will be clear because the ...

The kung flu is being used as an excuse to introduce mRNA vaccines. These use genetic code to make your body do what it's told. Zombie stuff on a nano-scale.

Re: Dead down wind ozone generator
Occasionally someone will market ozone indoor air purifiers. Back when I was consulting I was occasionally hired to test such things for safety. Some of them worked too well. In a confined space, with poor circulation, ozone levels can build up enough to exceed levels safe for those with respiratory...

That old doe is gonna smell the ozone and blow anyway. Or see the UV glow and stomp at you.
Careful being in an enclosed space with an O3 generator if you have respiratory problems.

Re: Favorite shotgun sight
Only things light enough on a gun I'd need a sight for are red dots and rear peep/front fiber. Some people like the notch rear sight better for some reason I don't get.
If lightweight is not a goal then just open up the pattern and shoot 'em like a crow. Don't even need a bead for that.

Sight red dot for top barrel. Aim at head. If they regulated it correctly for windage, the bottom barrel should hit in the neck if you aim at the head. That's what the paper shows and how it has worked for me in practice. My trouble is decades of aiming at the neck mean I still aim at the neck half ...

I don't have a tv. I just look up data and review it. When I go out in public and see and hear all the fear mongering propaganda most people are exposed to 24/7 it is easier to understand why you're all scared to death. If you're a regular consumer of msm you probably don't notice. Shoot, I sat in a...

If you can get some Cowboy briquets, you'll get longer burn time and better flavor. Switched to that after they stopped selling it as Stubbs. Get it at the Home Depot or Lowes or whatever. Royal Oak briquets are close on flavor, but the burn time is short. Hardwood lump will substitute in a pinch bu...

That's what we try to do in the summer. Up around 3000' and it cools off enough to be bearable. Only downside is it rains most afternoons and when you're that high in GA you'e in the clouds.

One of my favorite discussions! White smoke makes it bitter. Blue smoke makes it taste smoky without the black layer of nastiness. Smoked meat should be red not black. If you like crispy char do that on the grill when you cook the sauce on. Google snake method for charcoal. That'll buy you some time...

Booking 2021 trips
Outfitter I had in mind for 2021 is booked from 2020 trips that didn't go off as planned. Another I looked at instead was the same. How about all y'all world travellers?
I'm thinking about booking 2022 and planning DIY for 2021.
