Ive got one that should be around that age and it is pressed in. I went with the tru glo mag gobble dot sights and Williams fire sights that don't have to use the screw hole. It worked for me.

Yildiz o/u 28--- 180-190-200 ish with the 1-5/16 flush full. Only one ive loaded.

Bps 28--220-230 ish with flush full.

Give you a report on a rem 16 gauge the next couple days with a factory full and 9s.
